looking through myfitnesspal report and seeing the calorie consumption. i’m all over the place! need more consistency. granted, when i run 13 miles, i eat way more calories than when i don’t. time to up my game.

Homemade, Healthy Caesar Dressing
Caesar dressing is delicious. But kind of bad for you. I found an awesome recipe from Cooking Light and I highly recommend it!
Yield: 1/2 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon)
1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
