I can’t workout today, so I have to really keep an eye on my caloric intake today.

I usually eyeball it, but after the last two weeks, I’ve realized that’s not possible for me right now.  So, myfitnesspal it is :)

Breakfast:

gluten free oats w/chia seeds, almond butter, and raisins.

Lunch:

baked chicken w/homemade spaghetti sauce; 1 apple

Snack:

nonfat plain greek yogurt w/frozen berries

Dinner:

grilled chicken caesar salad (of course the dressing is homemade!:))
